Goals & Strategy

Charting impact

4 powerful questions that require reflection about what actually matters - results.

• Advancing the common good by leading, strengthening, and mobilizing our customs;
• Engaging in community and downtown revitalization, economic development, business ownership and housing rehabilitation;
• Contributing significantly to tourism resulting in a stronger economic base;
• Providing direct employment;
• Generating, developing, supporting and promoting fine art and cultural educational and amusement activities and venues;
• Awarding arts grants and scholarships, providing art and cultural services, events and activities, analogous arts advocacy and generally promoting appreciation and participation in arts and culture.

Our main strategy is to keep to piece of work through collaborative partnerships with businesses, community, local government, local fine art and cultural organizations, local borough groups and formal city committees to provide a continuum of support and promotion of our community's economical vitality as we strive to complete each of our goals.

Since 2004, WPAA has a potent record of accomplishment for each and every projection initiated. Our capability for success is measured by the respect and support from both our local government, local businesses, other non-profits, formally structured city/community committees and our residents who faithfully support our programs.

Accomplishments: numerous public art projects, support for city projects that involves art and cultural, support for all not-turn a profit art anc culture related activities as "the vox" within our community.

Nosotros take only begun with our public art projects. So many more planned over the next few years to help revitalize our old downtown/creative arts district - more murals; more benches; more public art bronzes; more than public art resting spaces; more venues and events, etc. It is, and should be, a never ending effort!
